RESOLVED: Extension status periodically incorrect

CURRENT STAUS: RESOLVED

03/08/22 - Reports of extensions being NOT_INUSE while on phone calls. This is causing incorrect BLF status and improper call handling for hunt group and queue call handling. Specific examples have been located and referred to software development. Additional examples would be helpful.
05/15/22 - Behavior has been traced to failover registrations to redundant shelves causing state rewrites into state tables. We have loosened pedantic state monitoring settings to avoid rewrites upon registration. The change was made in mid May, and no further reports have been received since.
06/01/22 - Further monitoring has shown this issue to be resolved. No further action needed.
