RESOLVED: Periodic SRTP encryption/decryption failures

CURRENT STATUS: CLOSED - RESOLVED
05/17/22 - SRTP encryption/decryption library instability has been traced as root cause of seeming random call drops. Maintenance has been performed to patch the encryption library platform wide. Incremental software maintenance was begun on 5/18/22 during normal maintenance hours 12am-6am EST as emergency maintenance.
05/24/22 - one of the limited production use redundant shelves was successfully patched and proved stable over the following days.
05/27/22 - incremental upgrades began on production shelves during normal maintenance hours 12am-6am EST as emergency maintenance.
05/31/22 - all production shelves are fully patched, and operating normally. We will continue to monitor all shelves for stability.
06/10/22 - Continued monitoring has shown this issue to be resolved. No further action needed.
