Getting Started...

Start by installing the "Q5 Networks Click To Call" chrome extension from the chrome webstore.

Once installed, to locate the extension in chrome, on the upper right hand corner, click the icon that looks like a puzzle piece.

This will open a drop down menu showing the installed and active extensions on your instance of chrome.

To access the options, select the "3 dots" icon to the right of the Q5 Click to Call, and select "Options"

This will open a new tab with the extension options.

For basic configuration you will need to enter...
  • Phone IP: the ip address of your phone
  • Password: this can be either the Administrator, or User level password set in the phone.
  • Protocol: http, or https. This will depend on your phone settings. http is recommended to avoid certificate errors causing issues.
