In order to use the advanced CTI integration, your phone needs to have Affinity enabled. See viewtopic.php?f=23&t=61
Once it is enabled on the phone, and all other options have been set and SAVED, click the "Request Auth" Button.
This will send an authorization request to the phone. You should see a pop-up on the phone displaying "CTI Authentication Code: XXXX" where XXXX is a 4 digit number.
Enter the number into the "Input Code" field and Select "Send Auth"
The page will now display "CTI Connection CTI link set. Please select Save to store."
Click "Save".
Advanced CTI configuration is complete.
Please note, basic phone functionality still requires the Password to be set correctly. See viewtopic.php?f=23&t=57
The extension operates on 2 separate sets of commands. Basic telephony uses basic CTI connections, and advanced features such as caller id, phonebook, and call log operate using the Affinity CTI connection.
