You will need the admin login to enable this action. If you are a q5performance customer, then this should be enabled by default during onboarding. If not, please contact support.
If you are not a q5performance user, and you have the admin credentials, use a web browser to navigate to the IP address of your phone.
Log in, and go to Settings > Call Features
Scroll down to the "Click-To-Dial Feature" setting and select "Enabled", then "Save"
Navigate to Network > Remote Control and set the "Action URI Allowed IP List" to your computer IP address, or "any".
Navigate to Network > Affinity Settings and set "Affinity Support" to "Enabled"
Optionally for GRP 26XX phones, it is recommended to enable HTTP support.
Navigate to Maintenance > Security Settings > Security and select "Both HTTP and HTTPS" for "Web Access Mode", and "Enabled" for "Enable User Web Access" to use the user login.
Enable click to dial and Affinity on your phone
