Once Logged into the App you will be taken to the "Dialer" Screen.
Making a Call Using the Dialer
Dial the phone number you wish to call. Contacts matching what you dial will begin appearing above the keypad.
You may either continue dialing and tap the send button, or tap the contact in the list.
While On A Call...
Multiple Calls
When on a call, you can add a second call for conference, transfer, or any reason.
The first step is to put the current call on hold. Next tap the “+” add call button.
When you have multiple calls, there are additional/different options presented.
Contacts
Contacts are listed alphabetically by first name.
They come from the local contacts stored on the smartphone (permissions must be granted to the app).
To call a contact, tap their name, then tap the number you would like to call, and select the call option.
History
The call history shows all incoming, outgoing and missed calls from and to the app along with the date/time of the most recent matching incident.
You can see a list of all incidents in memory by tapping the call.
You can also place a call from the history by tapping the handset icon to the right of the call info.
Logging Out
In order to stop receiving calls, or in some troubleshooting scenarios you will need to log out from the application. This is completed by going into the settings section, selecting the more icon, selecting “Log Out”.
Troubleshooting
First steps for troubleshooting issues with the Q5 Llink App on Android or iOS.
1. Log out of the app and log back in.
2. If problem persists restart your device.
3. If problem still persists uninstall and reinstall the app.
4. If issue is still occurring please let support@q5networks.com know so that we can look into it further. Typically we are going to need a log from the device. In order to get this to us you can go into the "Advanced Settings" enable "Verbose Logging" and select "Send Log" while, or shortly after the issue is occurring. We will receive the logs, and you will be given a reference number. Please send us a separate email and include the reference number along with a specific description of the problem so that we know what we are looking for in the logs.
